CandleTime Downloadable Meditations for Kids and Adults

These ten simple and short—as in under three minutes—meditations have been especially designed for the CandleTime Tradition. If you’ve never meditated before, don’t worry, you don’t need to know anything about meditation. Simply download them from this site, press play, and follow along. There are five meditations for kids, five for teens and adults—one meditation to go with each candle.

Younger ones—children between three and ten—enjoy these few moments of quiet calm as the meditations guide them into feelings of peace, calm and quiet.

Adults and teens enjoy following along as these simple meditations bring a feeling of relaxed calm which leads to feelings of Hope, Peace, Love, and Joy.

Use these meditations either at the beginning or to close your CandleTime Tradition. They are also great for times when everyone is just a bit tired, or crabby, and not in the mood to talk. Used regularly they become a few moments of calm, quiet and “feeling good,” everyone looks forward to.
