Shipping
Here at CandleTime, we do strive to do everything we can to ensure that your order is shipped in a timely manner. We are a small cottage business, so we handle every order with personal attention and care. If you have any questions about your order or how we can help, we want to hear from you!
We ship our packages through USPS mail. Our goal is to ship your order the first business day following your purchase.
For orders shipping to a location outside of the U.S., please send us an email and we will let you know the best process for getting your order shipped to you.
Order Tracking
When you place an order with CandleTime, you will receive an order confirmation via email from Meditation Momma LLC with a tracking number. If you don't receive a confirmation email:

- Check your spam folder for an email from Meditation Momma LLC to make sure it didn't mistakenly land there.
- If it's not in your spam or junk folders that means your order didn't go through. Go back to your cart to make sure you clicked all the way through and submitted the order. It's easy to miss that last step
- If you've done all that and still haven't received an email confirmation, email us and we'll get it figured out on our end.
- If you have any other questions about your order please feel free to email us. Include your order number in the subject of your email and we will do all we can to help!
Out-of-Stock Items & Back Order
Should an item on your order be out of stock, we will notify you right away via email of the expected in-stock date. Your remaining order will ship on time and the out-of-stock item will ship when available at no extra charge to you.
A Note About Returns
If you find there is something damaged during the shipping of your order, please contact us right away and we will work with the mail carrier to remedy the problem. Due to the nature of CandleTime products, we are unable to accept returns on items that are not defective or damaged. Thank you for your understanding.
